Overview

This project was completed under MDRS (Medium Density Residential Standards).

Block retaining to the front units allowed us to maintain the required minimum access widths across the site. We also managed council infrastructure upgrades outside the boundary, including water supply and power connections.

Despite the added complexity, the project was delivered ahead of schedule.
