5 townhouses 1 and 2 storey

This project involved the construction of five dwellings: three two-storey townhouses and two single-storey units, completed under the Medium Density Residential Standards (MDRS) planning framework.

Utilizing MDRS rules allowed us to begin construction on the rear units while simultaneously progressing Stage 1 of the subdivision. Early in the project, we prioritized fulfilling council conditions, including pouring the entranceway and completing all essential service connections (water, power, and wastewater). Once those requirements were met, we lodged for Section 223 and 224 certification.

Following council inspection and approval, we proceeded immediately with the construction of the front units, maintaining momentum and maximizing site efficiency.
